ASSO.LA.C. è una società Cooperativa, tra le tre organizzazioni cooperative più importanti del Meridione; aggrega 56 soci produttori di latte vaccino, le cui aziende sono dislocate su quattro province calabresi: Catanzaro, Cosenza, Crotone e Vibo Valentia, interessando quasi il 75% del territorio regionale.
